Women represent less than 25% of the workforce in Science and Technology—one of the highest-paying, fastest-growing, and most formal sectors. CIPPEC’s report on Women in Science and Technology outlines the barriers they face and the steps needed to increase women’s access to leadership positions in the field. A video was produced to translate the findings of this report into a social-media-friendly format. The challenge was to adapt the research’s scientific language into an accessible, engaging tone while maintaining accuracy and clarity in the key messages.
